I am receiving messages from Archbold Schools and I no longer desire to receive these messages. How can I opt-out?

There are several options to stop receiving messages:

While listening to a One Call message on your phone, press the star (*) key to remove your phone number.  If your phone is a cell phone, you will also be opted out of text messages.

At the bottom of an email message, click the opt-out link to remove your email address.

To opt-out of receiving text messages on your cell phone, text the word STOP to 22300.

How can I sign up to receive a text message for delays or cancellations?

On the cell phone you wish to receive the text message on, text the word ALERT to 22300.

I am receiving emails, phone calls, and text messages for each announcement. How can I change my preferences?

You can update your One Call preferences by visiting the self-update portal.
